Terms and Conditions

1. Who these terms apply to

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through our online shop.

The provider is: Kerstin Rahde, Calicove, Eichhörnchenweg 21, 29308 Winsen (Aller), Germany. Email: [email protected]

2. How a purchase is made

If you see something you like, that's not yet a binding offer on our part — it's an invitation to place an order.

Before you buy, you can view and adjust your cart at any time using your browser's back button or directly in the cart. We save your contract details and send them to you by email once your order is complete.

By clicking the order button, you submit a binding offer to purchase. You'll first receive an order acknowledgement from us — the purchase contract itself is only concluded when we send a separate order confirmation by email or when the goods are dispatched.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are final prices in euros. As a small business owner under Section 19 of the German VAT Act, we do not charge or display VAT.

Any shipping costs will be clearly shown during the ordering process before you buy. The payment methods we offer are also displayed at checkout.

4. Delivery

We currently deliver within the European Union only — to the address you provide when placing your order.

Since all our products are made individually for you (print on demand), delivery usually takes 5–10 business days, and in exceptional cases up to 21 business days. If it ever takes longer, we'll get in touch.

If a product should exceptionally be unavailable, we'll let you know immediately and refund any payments already made in full.

5. Shipping risk

Until your order reaches you, we bear the risk of loss or damage during transit.

6. Retention of title

The ordered goods remain our property until payment has been made in full.

7. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights under German law apply (Sections 437 et seq. of the German Civil Code) — that means two years from delivery.

If something is wrong, you're entitled to either repair or replacement — that's your choice. If that doesn't work out, you can reduce the price, withdraw from the purchase, or claim damages if we're at fault.

A note we want to be upfront about: minor variations in colour or print quality caused by screen display or production tolerances are not considered defects under the law. This is something that can't be fully avoided with print-on-demand products — but we always work to keep quality as consistent as possible.

8. Liability

We are fully liable for damages to life, body or health, as well as for intentional misconduct and gross negligence.

For cases of simple negligence, we are only liable if a material contractual obligation has been breached — and even then only to the extent of typically foreseeable damage.

Liability under the German Product Liability Act and for expressly assumed guarantees remains unaffected.

9. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. The full withdrawal policy including the withdrawal form can be found here: Withdrawal

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you — or a person designated by you — receives the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply click here.

Important for individually made products: Since our products are made to order specifically for you, the right of withdrawal expires for these items in accordance with Section 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code. We will explicitly inform you before purchase which products are affected.

10. Privacy

We explain in detail how we handle your data in our Privacy Policy: here. It forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

11. Dispute resolution

We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before consumer arbitration boards and are not obliged to do so.

12. Applicable law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). For consumers resident in the EU, German law applies — without depriving them of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.

13. Final provisions

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid, all other provisions remain unaffected. The relevant statutory rule will apply in its place.

If we update our Terms and Conditions, we will inform you in good time. Material changes will only take effect if you agree or do not object within the stated period — to the extent permitted by law.
