Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The fourteen-day period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes possession of the goods.

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, please click here before the withdrawal period expires and provide your order number and name so that we can assign your order to the withdrawal correctly. You will then automatically receive a confirmation that your withdrawal has been received.

Consequences of Withdrawal

You must return the goods as soon as possible and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. We will provide you with the return address.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on the size and weight of the package.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if that diminished value is due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or specification by you is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to your personal needs (Section 312g para. 2 no. 1 of the German Civil Code).

Refunds

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original order. Reimbursement will only be made after we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return.
