Where we deliver

We deliver within the European Union. Delivery is made to the address you provide when placing your order.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination country and package weight and are shown clearly at checkout before you buy — no surprises. Orders within Germany ship free of charge from an order value of €55.00.

Delivery times

At Calicove, every product is made after you place your order. No mass production, no warehouse — each piece is made for you. That takes a little longer than standard shipping, and we think it's worth it.

After payment is received, the regular delivery time is 5–10 business days. In exceptional cases — such as unusually high demand — it may take up to 21 business days. If that happens, we'll let you know.

Tracking

Once your package is on its way, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can use it to check where your order is at any time.

Note on cancellations after production has started

Since every product is made individually for you, we're unfortunately unable to cancel an order once production has begun. If you're unsure about anything, it's best to get in touch via our contact form immediately after ordering — we'll see what we can do.
